Giuseppe Bavuso, architect and designer, lives and works in Seregno. In his projects he combines the rigor of an almost minimalist style with extensive technical research, skilfully using technological and innovative materials. His initial professional experiences saw him involved in designing important projects in various sectors, including architecture, the interior design of large communal spaces, the automotive industry, as well as the interior design of trains and sleeping cars. Since 1986, at his own Product Design studio, he has been designing bio-medical equipment for companies. At the very beginning of his career, a decisive factor was his encounter with Bruno Munari: a great intellectual with the unparalleled gift of synthesis. This enlightening and fundamental experience profoundly influenced his way of perceiving his career and his approach to design. In the furniture sector, he collaborates with various well-established international companies as a designer and art director, dealing with the entire product cycle, from concept creation to product engineering and communication.
