Customer Service


The quality of our Orange Skin product is guaranteed. All items are inspected before leaving our facility. In the event that something happens during transit, we will accept any damaged or defective merchandise for return, but we must be advised as soon as you receive your merchandise and packaging must not be discarded. Just phone us within 5 days, and our staff will work with you to arrange a replacement or credit. The product must be returned within 30 days of issuance from our facility.

Returns: Accessories

If you do decide that a product does not meet your expectations, we will accept its return within 30 days of purchase returned to us in new condition and unused in the original packaging. Please contact Orange Skin before shipping. We can not accept collect deliveries. An Orange Skin credit (less shipping fees) will be issued. Restocking charges may apply. Special orders are non returnable.

Returns: Furniture

All furniture is a special order. There are no cancellations or refunds. An Orange Skin credit may be issued in certain circumstances at our discretion. Restocking charges may apply.

Duplicate Orders

Once your order is submitted we cannot guarantee that it can be canceled or changed. If you realize you made a mistake, or simply change your mind about your order, please call our Showroom (312) 335-1033, as soon as possible and we will make every effort to accommodate your request.

Payment Methods

Orange Skin accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Credit Card payments are not processed until we recieve customer orders. The Orange Skin showroom accepts additional forms of payment including Personal Checks and Travelers Cheques.

Shipping Methods

All orders are delivered via FedEx or special carriers. We offer a variety of shipping methods including:

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the total order in addition to your preferred shipping method and delivery location.

Overnight delivery orders placed on Thursday after 1PM Central Time through Friday 1PM Central Time will arrive on Monday. Overnight delivery orders placed on Friday after 1PM Central Time and over the weekend will arrive on Tuesday. We do not offer overnight delivery to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, or to PO boxes.

For shipments to Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Alaska, Hawaii, or APO addresses, our standard is First Class mail through the United States Postal Service or special carrier.

Tax Information

Orange Skin is required to charge 10.25% sales tax for all orders shipped to an Illinois address. Tax is calculated upon order checkout.
