Q: What are the showroom hours?

A: We are open 10:00 am – 6:00 pm Monday thru Saturday.

Q: Where is the showroom located?

A: We are located in the River North District of Chicago at 223 West Erie (Corner of Erie and Franklin)

Q: Do you have other showroom locations?

A: Although we are able to provide designer furniture for clients all over the world, we only have one showroom located in Chicago.

Q: Why are clients asked to inquire about most pricing?

A: Many of the products we offer come in a variety of finish options and fabric choices. To provide the most accurate pricing, we ask that clients contact us regarding product interest.

Q: Do you show all your products on the showroom floor?

A: Unfortunately, due to the large amount of products we offer, we are unable to show all pieces in the showroom. We have available information and materials for all products we represent.

Q: Is inventory available in stock at the showroom?

A: We do not have inventory for purchase directly at the showroom. That said, we do periodically offer floor sample sales for immediate purchase. Selected products are stocked in US warehouses for faster lead times.

Q: How long does it take for products to arrive once an order is placed?

A: Typical lead-time for products being manufactured and shipped from Europe is 12 – 16 weeks. Selected products are stocked in US warehouses for faster lead times.

Q: What is the typical shipping cost for products?

A: Shipping costs are calculated based on quantity and weight of total order, in addition to preferred shipping method and delivery location. We do offer showroom/warehouse pick-up on most orders at no additional cost to our clients.

Q: Do you sell to the trade?

A: For architects and designers, we offer a trade discount based on manufacturer and quantity desired. Please contact Orange Skin for specifics.

Q: What is Trade Resources?

A: Becoming a registered member of our trade resources allows you to fine tune your browsing experience. As a member you have access to manufacture’s catalogues and a list of Quick Ship products with shorter lead times. You also have the ability to save furniture of interest within the new lightbox feature of the website.
